The section on Printables were updated.
To see it, go to the menu at the bottom of any page on the website and click on “Printables – Info Sheets”. You will only see it if you are logged in and if you are an Active Agent (agent who completed the Agent Training). Agents who still need to complete the training will not see it yet.
We added 1 PDF file with all of the products visible to clients (for easy printing). Download the file and print the product info sheets you need. DO NOT SEND THE PDF FILE TO CLIENTS.
The individual info sheets were changed and can now be sent as a picture on WhatsApp or e-mail. Use the download button for each info sheet you need and save it on your phone or computer. Always ensure that you have the most recent version. The area to write your name on the sheet were removed, but you can still write your details somewhere on the page when printing it and adding it to the client parcel with the product she ordered. The sheets are the same as the ones on the individual Product Pages on the Catalogue which clients can also see and download. Note the date on the sheets. The info sheets on the website are always the most recent updated version and the date of the last update are added to the website and the info sheet. We prefer that clients view the info on the website instead of agents saving it and sending it to clients (to exclude the possibility of an agent sending an old version to a client).
