Orders can be placed at any time.
Orders will be dispatched WITHIN 72 HOURS AFTER YOUR PAYMENT CLEARED. You will receive your tracking number via e-mail, this serves as confirmation that your order was finalised and on its way to you.
Place a new order for each different address / collection.
Billing address will be displayed by default. Click on “Deliver to a different address” to see the Shipping address.

You will receive an e-mail informing you that your order is ready to collect. Do not arrive at her address before receiving this e-mail.
Note about couriers:
Courier fees are currently either R99.00 via The Courier Guy – (door to door) OR R70.00 via PUDO – (door to locker). Parcels are sent out Monday to Thursday only (excl. public holidays).
Live.Life.Lean has no control over the times the courier collects or delivers. Once you received a tracking number, it means that the order was processed. It is then up to the courier to collect the parcels and start the tracking events.
For any queries regarding your parcels, please contact the courier company directly.
All parcels are dispatched at own risk, and Live.Life.Lean – Lifestyle does not accept liability for any damages or loss.
The change must be submitted before 10am which is the cut-off time for orders. Orders cannot be changed after 10:00, because the parcel will already be sealed and on its way to the courier dropbox. If it’s after 10am, return to the order page and add a new order.
