We value your input and need the feedback from clients to improve our service. Great customer service is our most important mission and we value the opinion of our clients.
We keep our Agent map updated at all times and when someone is listed on the map, they are listed on our system as an agent. We support our agents and offer training when they start, we add them to Agent WhatsApp groups and our Agent info Group on Facebook, but sometimes they decide to not be an agent anymore without informing us. We have multiple options available to them to tell us if they no longer wish to be an agent, unfortunately we still have to rely on client feedback if an agent just disappears.
